It’s always fun dining at Prego. From the restaurant’s signature ‘red noses’ to the bustling open Molteni kitchen, there’s always a sense of gastro-adventure about. There’s nothing better than to sniff expectantly at the tempting aromas that perpetually waft over as you decide what temptations to order. Prego’s staff are also a fun bunch and are ever-willing to help out with recommendations, chef’s specials as well as the all-important bottle of wine with which to pair your meal.

Although the menu is classically Italian, an innovative streak does sometimes appear in the dishes. Begin with bubbly and the antipasto platter that changes on a daily basis and is dependent on the chef’s whims.
