Kechara Oasis

Kechara Oasis is a fine dining new age vegetarian restaurant that features a wide range of dishes inspired by Chinese, Tibetan, Nepali, Vietnamese and Western cuisines. The presentation is simple yet stylish and only the fresh and high quality ingredients are used. Other dishes that are highly recommended include Amdo Yak Beef, a dish resembling Yak Beef from Eastern Tibet, stirred fried from Himalayan spices. 5 Mandala of Prosperity - This lucky dish of colorful and tasty hors d'oeuvres is made up of faux ham, chicken, beef and char siew staty skewers. Tasting like real meat, these appetizers are either baked or fried till golden brown and to just the right crispiness.

Lobster Salad - This faux lobster is made of healthy setin, carrot, soya based and tastes just like the freshest catch of the day although its 100% vegetarian.
